BlizzCon 2013 Announced For November

Blizzard has announced that BlizzCon 2013 will take place at the Anaheim Convention Centre in California this November.

The event, which will take place over November 9 and 10, will give fans of the company a chance to try out the latest products it's got in the pipeline for the year ahead.

Though usually an annual event, the last BlizzCon took place in 2011 as the company had nothing it was ready to show last year. As a result, it's a fairly safe bet that we'll be seeing some new games from the studio's stables later this year.

The chief contenders are another World of Warcraft expansion, as it'll be over a year since Mists of Pandaria launched at that stage, an expansion for Diablo III and, hopefully, Blizzard All-Stars (the company's much-speculated-about MOBA). There's always a slight possibility the studio may finally take this opportunity to unveil its mysterious Project Titan but don't hold your breath.

More info will be announced closer to the event, including ticket and availability and pricing. If you can't make the trek to California, never fear; Blizzard is likely to stream the event online as it has done in previous years for a fee.

Luke Karmali is IGN's UK Editorial Assistant and is kinda ready to see Titan now. You too can revel in mediocrity by following him on IGN and on Twitter.
